1. Open a ticket by email

Use the email link below to open a support message with a clear subject. This is a mailto intake route; your email application sends the message. A clicked link does not prove that the mailbox delivered it. Retain the sent message until a reply confirms receipt.

2. A useful subject

Choose a short subject such as Sizing question, Order update, Return request, Damaged item or Privacy request. Add the order number when one exists. A subject that identifies the topic helps connect related replies and reduces the need to repeat information.

3. Information to include

For a product question, include the design URL and size. For an order question, include the order number and checkout email. For a visible item fault, describe it and attach whole-item and detail photographs. Include only information needed to resolve the case.

4. Keep sensitive information out

Never attach passwords, card numbers, security codes, account recovery codes or full bank statements. If a payment reference is needed, send the transaction reference and amount rather than card credentials. Remove unrelated personal details from screenshots.

5. Replies and follow-up

Keep follow-ups in the same email thread, and mention what has changed since the last message. If you receive a return authorization or refund approval, retain that reply because it identifies the instruction and relevant timing.

6. Escalating a question

Explain the unresolved part of the request and the outcome you are seeking. For example, say whether you need confirmed garment measurements, a corrected order record, return instructions or the status of an approved refund. An accurate summary is more useful than repeated empty messages.

Choose the request that needs action

Start with the outcome you want support to help with. A product question might need a confirmed measurement; an order question might need an address correction; a return request might need the authorized destination. Name that outcome near the start of the message rather than sending only a photograph or an order reference. If several items are involved, list each design, size and quantity. Explain which item has the issue and whether the same action is requested for the others. Keeping the request specific helps avoid an unintended change to a different shirt in the order. If you change your mind about the preferred outcome, reply in the same conversation and identify the new request clearly.

A product question before an order exists

You do not need an order number to ask about a shirt you are considering. Include the product page address or complete design name and the offered size. Say what you need confirmed, such as a chest width, garment length or another specific measurement. A generated catalog design mockup shows the intended illustration but does not independently establish manufacturer measurements, fabric composition or a printing method. Avoid asking support to infer those facts from a styled photograph. If you are comparing a shirt you already own, state the measurement and explain how you took it without sending a photograph of yourself. A clear product question should lead to confirmed information or an acknowledgement that the information is not yet available.

An order reference that can be checked

When an order exists, include its reference and the email address used for that order. If you cannot find the reference, describe the approximate date and the item names so support can explain what additional information is needed. Do not send a full payment-card number or an account password as a substitute for an order reference. A cart screenshot is useful for a question about a cart, but does not establish that a paid order was completed. Say whether you received an order confirmation, a payment-provider message or only a cart selection. Those are different records. If the request relates to someone else’s gift purchase, explain that connection without attaching unrelated identity documents.

Correcting a destination address

For an address correction, use a subject that identifies the request and include the order reference. Write the complete corrected destination in one clearly labelled block, with street, unit, city, region, postal code and country. State which part of the existing address is wrong. Contact support promptly because preparation or dispatch can limit the changes that remain possible. A message requesting a correction is not confirmation that a carrier has redirected a parcel. Wait for a response that identifies the action actually agreed. If the destination country changes, ask whether the corrected destination is supported and whether it affects the order. Free shipping is offered for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; other countries should not be assumed supported.

Changing or cancelling an item

Describe the exact item and quantity you want to change or cancel. If you want another size or design, give its complete name and offered size rather than writing only “the other one.” State whether you want a replacement considered if it is available or whether cancellation is the requested outcome. Preparation and dispatch can affect what is possible, so preserve the response that confirms any accepted change. Do not place a second order just to communicate a correction to the first. A new purchase may create a separate order rather than modify the original. The cancellation page explains the process; support needs the actual order details to review which action remains available.

Tracking information that is unclear

For a tracking question, include the order reference, tracking reference if one has been supplied, destination country and the event you are asking about. Describe whether a label was created, a scan stopped updating, delivery was attempted or the parcel is shown as delivered. Avoid sending only “Where is it?” when a specific event is the concern. Check the delivery location and any permitted safe place where appropriate, but do not disclose access codes or photographs that expose unrelated household information. A preparation estimate, a transit estimate and a carrier scan refer to different stages. Support should review the actual record rather than treating an estimated date as proof of collection or delivery.

A wrong, damaged or defective shirt

Explain what differs from the order or what appears damaged. Identify the design, size and affected quantity, and include a clear whole-item photograph plus a closer view of the relevant issue when helpful. Keep packaging information that relates to damage, while removing personal address details from photographs shared for a general product review. Do not discard the shirt or send it to a guessed address before receiving instructions. State whether you prefer an exchange or a refund so support can review the requested outcome. The store covers return shipping for a wrong, damaged or defective item. The description and photographs should help identify that situation rather than require unrelated private information.

A change-of-mind return

The store offers returns within sixty days of delivery, including a change of mind, with no restocking fee. Include the order reference, delivery date, design, size and quantity you want to return. Tell support whether you prefer an exchange or a refund. The customer pays return shipping for a preference-based return. Contact support before posting so the return destination and instructions can be confirmed; the general business address is not automatically an authorized return address. Keep the approval and any parcel receipt together. If several items are returned, identify them individually so the received parcel can be connected to the approved request. The return and refund pages explain the separate stages.

An exchange that depends on another size

An exchange request should identify the original shirt and the replacement you are considering. Include the desired offered size and ask for confirmed measurements when fit is the reason for the change. A size label or model photograph does not establish that a replacement will match a shirt you already like. Availability needs to be confirmed before the exchange is agreed. If the proposed alternative is unsuitable, say so and explain whether you want a refund considered instead. Keep the response that names the agreed replacement. Do not assume that sending back the original shirt automatically reserves a different product or size. Accurate item names and quantities reduce the risk of a replacement being misunderstood.

Checking an approved refund

For a refund-status question, include the order reference, approval date and any refund confirmation. The store issues an approved refund through the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit in the account. Say whether you need confirmation of issuance or help interpreting a credit that has not appeared, because those are different questions. A return request or parcel tracking date is not automatically the refund approval date. Do not provide a banking password, full statement or new transfer instruction. If a screenshot is useful, conceal unrelated transactions and private account information while leaving the relevant date, amount and status visible.

A payment result that was not clear

Payment connection is currently pending, and no provider is verified as accepted. This page does not authorize payment through an outside link or a direct bank transfer. If a future verified checkout produces an unclear result, describe the message and give the approximate time, intended amount and any order or provider reference. Do not keep attempting another purchase while the first result is uncertain. An account hold, an order record and a completed payment can have different meanings. Support can review the store record and the payment provider can explain its own account status. A request for assistance should never require you to send a card security code or one-time login code by email.

Reporting a page or accessibility problem

If a page control is difficult to use, identify the page address and the task you were trying to complete, such as selecting a size, removing a cart item or reading return instructions. Describe what happened after the action and what you expected to happen. A device type and browser name can be helpful; private account credentials are not. A screenshot may be useful if it excludes personal order and payment details. For a keyboard or screen-reader issue, explain the control or text that was unclear rather than assuming support can reproduce it from the page address alone. Keep the report tied to the actual task so the store can investigate the relevant interaction.

Privacy and intellectual-property requests

For a privacy request, describe the information or action concerned and use the published privacy guidance to identify the appropriate route. Include only the information needed to connect the request to you; do not attach sensitive documents unless an appropriate, explained verification process is agreed. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the actual store page or item and the material you believe requires review. A product location is more useful than a general allegation about the whole catalog. The intellectual-property and copyright-reporting pages explain the information that makes a report understandable. Support should review the request on its facts rather than treating a form submission or email click as a legal decision.

Keep useful attachments small and focused

Choose attachments that explain the issue: a whole-shirt view, a detail of a problem, a relevant tracking message or a cropped page error. Avoid adding many unrelated images or an entire financial statement. Check that the attachment is readable before sending, and describe what it is intended to show in the message. Remove passwords, payment credentials, account recovery information and unrelated personal details. If a large file cannot be sent, ask how to provide the relevant evidence rather than uploading it to an unknown recipient. The email link opens your own mail application; that application controls sending and attachment handling. Keep the sent copy because clicking a link alone does not establish delivery to the mailbox.

Follow up with the information that changed

When you follow up, keep the existing subject and conversation where possible. Summarize the unresolved question, refer to the earlier response and explain what has changed, such as a new tracking event or a refund confirmation. Avoid opening several unrelated threads for the same case, because they can separate the order details from the agreed instructions. If you have not received confirmation of receipt, keep the sent record and use the published contact route to ask about the request. No response-time guarantee is stated here. Preserve any return authorization, exchange agreement or refund approval because it identifies the action and date relevant to the next stage.
