1. Size labels and fit

Our T-shirts offer ordering sizes S,M,L,XL,2 XL,3 XL,4 XL and5 XL. These labels help you select a variation but are not a universal fit standard. Manufacturer-specific measurements are not published until confirmed for the actual production blank.

2. Use a shirt that fits

Choose a shirt whose fit you like, lay it flat without stretching it and note the measurements you want to compare. A chest-width comparison and body-length comparison answer different questions. Measure consistently rather than mixing a garment width with a body circumference.

3. Consider the fit you prefer

A closer fit, a relaxed fit and a layering fit can require different choices. Think about how you intend to wear the shirt, whether it needs to fit under an overshirt and which part of a current garment feels too short or tight. Contact support when the choice depends on dimensions.

4. Between sizes

Do not use a generic numerical chart to decide between sizes when the actual blank has not been identified. Explain the two sizes you are considering and the fit you want. A larger size can add width and length, but the exact change must come from confirmed garment measurements.

5. Reading mockups

Product and lifestyle images illustrate artwork and styling. They do not prove the model’s measurements, the garment size shown or the fit on your body. Camera angle and garment drape can change how proportions appear.

6. Exchanging a size

If the delivered size does not suit you, contact support within 60 days from delivery. Follow the Returns & Exchanges instructions before sending anything back. A size exchange is a change-of-mind case unless the shop sent a different size from the confirmed order.

Start with a shirt you actually enjoy wearing

Choose a T-shirt that fits the way you want this purchase to fit. A shirt that is merely available in your drawer is less useful than one whose length, shoulder position and overall room you already like. Lay it on a flat surface without stretching the fabric, smooth ordinary folds, and note how it sits. If you are considering a relaxed look, choose a relaxed example; if you prefer a closer fit, choose an example you can move comfortably in. This comparison creates a personal starting point. It does not turn the size label of your existing shirt into a guaranteed match for another garment. Manufacturer measurements for the selected design still matter.

Measure the body width consistently

A common flat-garment width comparison is taken across the body just below the sleeves, from one side to the other. Keep the tape level and the fabric relaxed. Record where you measured so a later comparison uses the same method. Do not pull the sides outward to make the number larger. A flat width is not the same type of measurement as a tape wrapped around a person’s chest; confusing those two figures can lead to a poor decision. Ask support how the confirmed product dimensions are measured before comparing them with your notes. If no confirmed width is available for the particular garment, treat that as missing information rather than filling it with a size chart from an unrelated blank.

Measure length from a clear reference point

For a flat-shirt length comparison, pick a repeatable starting point near the shoulder and neckline and measure down to the bottom hem. Explain that point when sharing your measurement with support. Some manufacturers measure from the highest shoulder point while other charts describe a different start, so the label “length” alone is not enough to prove two figures can be compared directly. Keep the garment flat, avoid stretching the hem and record the units. Consider where you want the hem to sit when standing, sitting and reaching. A lifestyle image shows a styling idea on one wearer; it cannot establish the length that the same labelled size will have on your body.

Check the shoulder and sleeve relationship

Look at where the shoulder seam sits on a shirt you like and how the sleeve falls when your arms are relaxed. These details influence appearance even when body width seems suitable. A dropped shoulder can look intentionally relaxed, while a shoulder seam higher on the arm can create a different silhouette. Do not infer a specific construction or cut from an illustrated mockup. If sleeve length, shoulder width or arm opening is important to you, ask for confirmed figures and the measurement method. Write down whether you are comparing a short sleeve laid flat or a measurement taken while wearing the shirt; mixing those methods makes a comparison less useful.

Keep inches and centimetres separate

Record the unit beside every number. A note such as “width 22” is ambiguous until the unit and measurement method are known. If you convert a measurement, keep the original alongside the conversion so rounding does not hide an error. One inch equals 2.54 centimetres. A flat width may also appear approximately half of a circumference because it is measured across the laid-flat garment rather than around it; that relationship does not make every chart interchangeable. Share the original notes with support if two charts seem to disagree. Check whether the figures describe a body recommendation or finished garment dimensions before deciding which one answers your question.

Think about movement as well as appearance

A shirt can look suitable while standing still yet feel different when reaching, sitting or layering. Use your existing garment to consider those situations. Notice whether you prefer extra room at the body, how much length you want below the waistband and whether the sleeves move comfortably. These are personal fit preferences, not universal rules that can be solved by assigning one size to everyone. The offered ordering labels run from S through 5XL. The right label depends on confirmed dimensions and your preferences; the size range itself does not promise that every label follows one universal manufacturer standard.

When you fall between two options

If confirmed dimensions place your preference between two offered sizes, compare which difference matters most. Extra body room and extra length may not change by the same amount, and the larger label should not be treated as a precise solution to every fit issue. Decide whether you want a closer or more relaxed appearance, then ask support about the relevant confirmed dimensions. Do not rely solely on height or weight: people with the same height and weight can have different proportions and prefer different fits. The store will not invent a manufacturer measurement to make a recommendation sound more certain. A clear comparison with your favourite shirt is a more useful starting point.

Choosing a size for someone else

A gift purchase is easier when the recipient can provide the size and measurements of a T-shirt they already like. If the purchase is a surprise, a familiar size label can be a starting clue, but it is less reliable than confirmed dimensions. Consider whether the person prefers a roomy or fitted style and whether the shirt will be worn on its own or over another layer. Review the return and exchange guidance before ordering a gift, keep the order details available, and avoid a delivery deadline based solely on a general shipping estimate. A gift recipient’s preference should not be replaced by an assumption drawn from a lifestyle model’s appearance.

Compare the actual product you selected

Each product has its own design name and SKU. Save the product link and the size you are considering when asking for advice. A chart or supplier listing associated with one blank is not automatically evidence for every graphic tee in a collection. Colour, manufacturer, cut or an alternative supplier can affect the relevant specifications, even when photographs look similar. If a dimension or composition detail is not specifically confirmed on the item, ask before relying on it. Generated design mockups show the original artwork and intended appearance; they should not be used as measuring instruments or as proof of textile composition, weight, shrinkage or manufacturing tolerance.

Read the native size selector before adding to cart

Choose one of the available size labels on the product page and check that the selected option is shown. Each offered size has its own variation SKU while sharing the design’s parent SKU. The option should stay associated with that product when you add it to the cart. Review the cart line for the design, size, quantity and price rather than assuming that a selection made earlier on another page still applies. If you change your mind, edit the cart or return to the product selector before continuing. A selected size label is an ordering instruction, so checking it is a practical step even if you are still comparing designs.

Check more than one item separately

If you are purchasing several designs, review every cart line. A correct size on the first line does not confirm the remaining lines. Check quantities too: two copies of the same design in different sizes should remain distinguishable as separate variations. If the same design and size are added twice, the cart may combine them into a quantity of two; the quantity should still reflect your intention. Take a moment to compare the resulting subtotal with the number of shirts. Contact support if the item or size shown is different from the selection you intended. Do not proceed with a mismatched line merely because the design photograph looks familiar.

After the parcel arrives

Check the delivered design and size label against your order before you begin wearing or washing the shirt. If you believe the wrong size was sent, keep the order information and take clear photographs of the item and label so support can compare them. If the supplied size is correct but the fit is not what you wanted, describe the fit issue and your preferred outcome when requesting return or exchange instructions. The return window is sixty days from delivery with no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return, so consult the separate policy before mailing anything.

Care instructions and changes after washing

Follow the verified care label supplied with the actual garment. Do not assume that all T-shirts have the same composition or shrinkage behaviour because the design is printed on an ivory mockup. Before using heat, bleach or a specialist cleaning process, check the label and ask for guidance if it is unclear. The store does not assign an invented shrinkage percentage to an unverified blank. If your concern involves a problem after care, describe the process used and keep the relevant label information available. A photograph can show the visible issue but cannot, by itself, establish a manufacturer specification. Support can review the actual item and the details of your question.

A useful sizing question

A strong sizing enquiry includes the product link or design name, the ordering size under consideration, the kind of fit you want, and the measurements of a shirt you enjoy wearing. Include the units and method for each measurement. Mention whether length, width or sleeve fit is the main concern. You do not need to send a private body photograph or unrelated personal document to ask a basic garment question. Keep the discussion specific to the item. Support should explain which dimensions are confirmed and which are unavailable so that your decision rests on real information rather than a generic chart presented as a fact about this shirt.

What this guide deliberately leaves open

This guide explains a comparison method and the ordering-size process. It does not publish an unverified table of garment dimensions, a universal body-to-size formula or a guarantee that a particular label fits every person the same way. When a confirmed product chart becomes available, compare its definitions and units with your notes. If an important dimension remains unavailable, recognise that limitation before buying. Clear information can include an honest statement that a figure is unknown. The product selector and visible price can function while a measurement question is still unresolved; they do not transform an unknown manufacturer detail into a verified specification.
