Shipping & Delivery
Last updated:
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Vivid Shirt prepares, ships and delivers your order, what shipping costs, how long delivery takes and what we do if something goes wrong on the way. It applies to every order placed on https://vividshirt.com. If your question is not answered here, email [email protected] and we will reply within one business day (operational estimate).
Shipping at a glance
- Order processing: 1–3 business days (preparation estimate) before your order leaves us.
- Where we ship: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay, using the rates in the table below — free on every eligible order.
- Tracking: tracking details are provided when available from the confirmed dispatch operation.
- Problems in transit: lost, late or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded in full.
1. Order processing time
The planned preparation estimate is1–3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to the confirmed fulfillment operation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day. During major sales and holiday periods processing can take up to two extra business days; when that happens we show a notice on the site and email you if your order is affected.
You receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
2. Shipping methods, costs and delivery times
The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Your estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the carrier’s transit time.
| Shipping method | Destination | Cost | Transit time | Estimated total delivery time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free shipping | United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand | $0; no minimum or coupon | 3–7 business days, estimate subject to carrier confirmation | 4–10 business days, estimate subject to carrier confirmation |
Shipping is free to the four supported countries with no minimum spend and no coupon requirement. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guaranteed dates. If your parcel is significantly late, we step in as described in section 7.
3. Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are planned to ship from the USA; carrier-specific timing is confirmed with fulfillment. We deliver to residential and business addresses. Contact support before ordering to a P.O. box or military address so delivery eligibility can be checked. If your address is outside our delivery area, checkout will not offer a shipping method. Contact us and we will tell you whether we can help.
4. Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the label is created. You can also check your order on our Order Tracking page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If you did not receive a shipping email, check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Shipping address accuracy and changes
Please check your name, street address, apartment or unit number and ZIP or postal code before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can change the address free of charge until the parcel is handed to the carrier (see Cancel or Change an Order). After the parcel ships, we will ask the carrier to redirect it, but we cannot guarantee a redirect. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we reship it as soon as you confirm the correct address. We waive the new shipping charge if the error was ours.
6. Split shipments and multiple items
Items in the same order usually ship together. Sometimes we ship items in separate parcels so that you receive available items sooner. You never pay extra shipping for a split shipment, and you receive a tracking number for each parcel.
7. Late, lost or stolen parcels
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier for you. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or the investigation is not resolved within 5 business days, we send a free replacement or give you a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer. Refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval, as explained in our Refund Policy.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property, with neighbours or building reception, and with your local post office. Then contact us within 60 days of the delivery date so we can help.
8. Parcels that arrive damaged
If your parcel or any item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photos of the outer box, the shipping label and the damaged item. Send them to [email protected] within 60 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and in most cases you do not need to return the damaged item. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
9. Customs, duties and taxes
For international deliveries, contact support before ordering if you need clarification about duties, import charges or local taxes.
10. Questions about shipping
Our support team can help with anything related to delivery. Email [email protected], visit the Help Center or submit a ticket, and include your order number so we can reply faster. We respond within one business day (operational estimate).
A destination check before you plan a purchase
The free-shipping area is defined by the delivery country entered at checkout: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Choose the delivery country deliberately rather than relying on a browser location guess. A visitor browsing from one country may buy a gift for someone in another, and the delivery address is the relevant address for this check. If the receiving address is outside the supported area, the store does not offer a fallback delivery method. Please ask support about your destination before placing an order or sending any payment. Do not enter a nearby country as a workaround: the parcel label must match the actual destination, and a mismatched country can prevent delivery.
Apartment, building and unit details
Put an apartment or unit number in the appropriate address line and include the recipient name used for deliveries at the building. If your street address and building name are both useful locally, include both without replacing the street number. A carrier may need a building access arrangement, reception name or a clear delivery instruction, but those instructions do not replace a complete postal address. Check spelling and postal-code format before you confirm an order. A missing unit can cause the parcel to reach the building without reaching the intended person. Contact support promptly if you notice an address error; the cancel/change-order page explains why an update cannot always be completed after dispatch begins.
Buying a graphic tee as a gift
When ordering a gift, use the recipient’s delivery address and keep your own email address available for order communication. Check the design name and chosen size together; a size selected on one item does not automatically select the right size for another. Plan with the preparation and transit estimates rather than treating them as a guaranteed arrival date. Birthdays, travel dates and events may require additional time, especially when a delivery crosses a border or arrives during a busy period. Ask support before ordering if a particular date is essential. The store cannot responsibly promise an event deadline solely from a general estimated delivery range.
Preparation and transit are different stages
Preparation covers the work before the parcel is handed to a carrier. Transit starts after that handoff. A tracking number can be created before a carrier makes its first acceptance scan, so the existence of a number alone does not mean transit has started. The stated ranges are operational estimates, not a promise that every carrier route takes the same time. Weekends, local public holidays, carrier disruptions and address checks can affect the sequence. Use the latest carrier scan when interpreting a shipment’s progress, and keep your order number ready when contacting support. We will distinguish an order still being prepared from a parcel already moving through a delivery network.
When tracking has not moved
A short gap between a label being issued and an acceptance scan can occur. First confirm that the link or number is the one supplied for your order. Read the date and location of the latest event rather than repeatedly refreshing the same status. If the parcel has not progressed beyond the expected period, contact support with the order number, tracking number, last visible event and delivery country. Screenshots can help when a status message is confusing, but the tracking number is usually more useful than a screenshot without it. We cannot establish the parcel’s physical location from a missing scan alone. Support will review the actual order and available carrier information before explaining the next step.
A delivered scan without a parcel in hand
Check the location named in the delivery event, nearby safe places, building reception and household members who may have accepted the parcel. For shared buildings, check whether the delivery was recorded at a parcel room or another authorised receiving point. Keep the tracking information and any delivery photograph available. Contact support if those checks do not resolve the issue, and explain which places you have checked. Avoid publishing your full address or order details in a public comment when asking for help. A delivered scan is relevant evidence, but support still needs the actual circumstances to understand a missing-parcel report.
Receiving a parcel with visible damage
If the packaging arrives damaged, take clear photographs of the outside package, the delivery label and the affected item before discarding the packaging. Do not include unrelated personal documents in the photographs. Show both the entire shirt and the specific affected area so the issue can be understood in context. Email support with the order number and a brief description of what you found. An issue involving the wrong design, wrong size or damage is different from a change-of-mind return, and the return policy explains the distinction. Please obtain instructions before mailing an item back; the public business contact is not automatically an approved return destination.
International questions and local charges
Free outbound shipping describes the shipping method configured by the store. It should not be read as a blanket statement that every possible import, customs or local charge has been prepaid. If you need clarification about an international delivery, contact support before ordering and identify the delivery country. Do not assume that a policy written for a domestic parcel answers a destination-specific customs question. Keep any carrier or customs notice and send only the information relevant to the order. The store will not ask you to send card security codes or banking passwords to resolve a shipping enquiry.
Delivery planning and the return window
The sixty-day return window is measured from delivery, rather than from the date you begin browsing or the date a tracking label is created. Keep the delivery date and order confirmation together so that a later return request can refer to the correct timeline. The return window does not change the shipping estimate or make the first delivery free of all operational uncertainty. If you are away when an item arrives, arrange a suitable receiving location and check the parcel promptly. A return request should describe the item, order number and preferred outcome. Approved refunds are handled through the original payment route within the refund policy’s seven-calendar-day commitment; the shipping page does not replace those refund instructions.
The information that makes a delivery enquiry useful
Send the order number, delivery country, chosen product and size, the tracking number if one exists, and a short account of the issue. Explain whether the question concerns preparation, an address change, a delayed scan, a delivered-but-missing parcel or damage on arrival. This helps avoid confusing separate situations with a single vague message. Keep one email thread where practical so the history remains together, and reply with corrections if an address or order detail was mistyped. Never send a full payment-card number, security code, password or identity document just to ask where a T-shirt is. If more information is needed, support should explain what is relevant to the particular delivery issue.
For related guidance, read Order Tracking, Returns & Exchanges and Cancel or Change an Order. Contact [email protected] with an order-specific question.
The seven-calendar-day commitment is the store’s issuance of an approved refund through the original payment route. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit in your account. Keep the approval and any refund confirmation together, and contact support with the order reference if you need help.
