1. Choose email or a support ticket
Email [email protected] or use the support-ticket page. Describe the question in your own words and include the relevant product URL. For an existing order, include the order number and the email used at checkout so the conversation can be associated with the right purchase.
2. Product and sizing questions
Tell us the design name and the size you are considering. If you are comparing a shirt you already own, explain which measurements matter. A picture of a size label can help identify the manufacturer, but do not assume it proves the fit of another blank.
3. An issue with a delivered item
Explain whether the concern is a wrong design, wrong size, a visible fault or a difference from the description. Include clear photographs of the whole item and the affected area. Keep the original packaging while we establish whether it helps resolve the issue.
4. Payment questions
Payment connection is pending. Do not send money by email or follow an unofficial payment link. We will not ask for card numbers, security codes, banking passwords or account login details in a support message.
5. Return instructions
Contact us before mailing a return. Give the order number, the item you want to return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. The return window is 60 days from delivery, and the separate return policy explains the shipping responsibilities.
6. Business contact

Start with the topic of your question
Contact [email protected] for questions about a design, ordering size, cart line, delivery, return or an existing order. A short subject that names the topic is useful: for example, “Size question — Meadow Rabbit” or “Delivery question — order reference.” The first message does not need to be a long account of every page you visited. Say what you are trying to decide or resolve, name the item and include the relevant product link. If the question concerns an existing purchase, add the order number. Keeping the topic clear helps the response address your actual question rather than giving you a general policy link that you have already read.
Ask about the artwork before you choose
Every graphic tee has a design name and product page. Use that name when asking about a print rather than describing only the collection. Animal Friends, for example, includes several different creatures and compositions. Tell us which part of the artwork matters to your choice: the motif, placement, colours or the relationship between the full-shirt and detail views. The images are generated design mockups showing the original illustration and intended appearance; they do not establish a manufacturer’s textile composition or dimensions. If your question concerns a specific finished-garment detail, say so clearly so confirmed information can be distinguished from the visual design.
Prepare a useful sizing enquiry
Tell us the design and size you are considering, the kind of fit you prefer and the measurement that matters most. If you are comparing a favourite T-shirt, include the units and how you measured it while laid flat. A width measured across a garment is different from a body circumference, so identify the method instead of sending an unexplained number. You do not need to send a private body photograph to ask about ordinary garment sizing. The size guide explains the comparison process. A label such as M or XL is an ordering option; it is not a universal promise that every manufacturer uses the same dimensions.
When the product selector or cart seems different
Name the product, selected size and quantity, and describe what is shown on the page or cart line. Explain whether the size selection changed, the wrong design appeared, or the quantity was different from your intention. If a screenshot helps, keep it focused on the relevant control or line. Do not include unrelated account information. Check whether you are looking at a browsing cart or an order already submitted, since editing a cart does not change a completed order. A product link and a short description of the steps you took are more useful than a message that only says a page is “not working.”
An existing-order question
Include the order number and the email used for the purchase so the conversation can be associated with the correct order. If only one line is affected, name the design, size and quantity. If you have several recent orders, identify the intended one rather than assuming the newest purchase is the relevant purchase. Do not send a full card number, security code or bank password. Support needs the order and issue details, not your private payment credentials. If you do not have the order number, explain the situation and the identifying information you can safely provide through the private email conversation.
A delivery question
Say whether the concern is preparation, tracking, an address error, a delayed parcel or a delivered scan without a parcel in hand. Include the delivery country and tracking number when one has been supplied. Check the latest scan’s date and place before writing, and explain which step is unclear. Free shipping is configured for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. A parcel outside the supported area is not covered by an assumed fallback method. The shipping and tracking pages describe the general process; an order-specific enquiry still needs the actual reference and available carrier information.
An address or recipient correction
Contact support promptly if a submitted order has a misspelled recipient, missing apartment number, incorrect street number or wrong postal code. Give the order reference and complete intended address privately. The order’s stage determines whether a correction can still be applied. A browser cart edit does not update a parcel label that has already been prepared for an existing order. Do not enter an incorrect delivery country to bypass a shipping restriction. The real destination must be within the supported shipping area, and the label must match the intended receiving address. The cancellation/change-order page explains the difference between a request and a completed update.
When the wrong item or size arrives
Compare the delivered shirt with the order confirmation and identify the difference. Include clear photographs of the whole item, the label where relevant and the affected print or area. Keep the package while support establishes whether it is useful for resolving the issue. A correctly supplied size that does not fit as you prefer is different from a size that was not ordered. Explain which situation applies. This helps identify the relevant return-shipping responsibility and whether a replacement, exchange or refund is being requested. Please obtain instructions before mailing an item; the public business contact is not automatically an approved return address.
A return or exchange enquiry
State the order number, design, size, quantity and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. For an exchange, name the offered size you would like instead. The return window is sixty days from delivery, no restocking fee applies, and return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason. The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind; the store covers the cost for an approved wrong, damaged or defective item. Keep the return instructions and tracking together. If a detail in the instructions does not match your request, ask before sending the parcel rather than guessing which outcome was intended.
A refund enquiry
Find the approval message and note its date, the affected item and the original payment route. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval. If a credit is not visible, describe that specific issue and include the order reference and approval date. A refund request is different from an approval, and a cart screen is not proof that a payment was captured. Support must check the real transaction. Do not send a replacement transfer account or private payment credentials in an ordinary refund message. The refund page explains the information needed to review the amount and timeline.
Send photographs that answer the question
A useful photograph shows the whole item plus the specific detail being discussed. For a label or print issue, make the relevant area readable without covering it with fingers or another object. Natural light can make colours and damage easier to see, while an extreme filter can hide the detail you want reviewed. Remove unrelated personal documents and avoid sharing a full address publicly. If an image is too large to email, describe the issue first and ask which format is practical for the support conversation. Photographs are evidence of what is visible; they should be considered with the actual order and garment information.
Keep the conversation together
Reply in the same email thread where practical and quote the order reference when needed. If you contact us again, mention the earlier request and any approval or instruction already received. Explain if your preferred outcome has changed, such as choosing a refund after first asking about an exchange. Several contradictory requests can make the intended action unclear. A short timeline helps: what happened, what you requested and what response you received. You do not need to repeat every policy in each message. Keep the focus on the remaining question so that a follow-up can move the actual issue forward.
Payment availability and unofficial requests
Online payment connection is still pending, so no payment method is represented as verified and accepted yet. Browsing a product, choosing a size and adding it to a cart do not require you to send money by email. Do not pay through an informal transfer request simply because a message mentions a design you viewed. If a payment-related message is unclear, verify it through [email protected] before proceeding. When a provider is connected, the checkout page will show the methods actually available for that transaction. Support will not ask for a banking password, card security code or one-time account login code to answer a product question.
Business contact and parcel instructions
The business contact is Vivid Shirt, 16 Ashfield Ln, Blythewood, SC 29016. Email [email protected] for product and order enquiries. This contact identifies the store; it does not establish walk-in retail hours or authorise a parcel return to that address. For an approved return, use the address and instructions supplied for the actual case. Before sending physical correspondence or arranging a visit, contact support to confirm that the intended service is available. We do not publish an invented phone number or opening-hours schedule. Email provides the order context and a written record of the question and response.
Use the right guide while waiting for a reply
The help center links product, delivery and policy topics. The size guide is useful for comparing a garment you already own; shipping and tracking explain the delivery stages; returns and refunds describe the relevant windows and payment route. Those guides can answer a general question, but they do not replace an order-specific review. Keep any deadline or time-sensitive issue clear in your email. A general preparation or transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date for an event. If information is missing, ask which detail is confirmed rather than relying on an unrelated supplier chart or a photograph as proof of a garment specification.
Visit the Help Center, Size Guide and Returns & Exchanges guidance, or contact [email protected].
The seven-calendar-day commitment is the store’s issuance of an approved refund through the original payment route. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit in your account. Keep the approval and any refund confirmation together, and contact support with the order reference if you need help.
