Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vividshirt.com and any purchase you make from Vivid Shirt. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Key points
- Prices, shipping costs and taxes are shown before you pay.
- Every product can be returned within 60 days of delivery, and approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval.
- Our designs, photos and text belong to us and may not be copied.
- Questions about these Terms go to [email protected].
1. Using the site
You may use the site to browse and buy products for your own personal use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2. Products, photos and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, including its colour, size, material and what is included. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and some product images are digital previews. If an item you receive is materially different from its description, you are covered by our Refund Policy. Size information is published on each product page and in our size guide where one applies.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you place an order. The price, shipping cost and any tax are confirmed at checkout before you pay. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it with a full refund issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment, cannot deliver to the address, or the order breaks these Terms, and we refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout using one of the methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
6. Shipping and risk
We ship to the destinations and within the timeframes described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you gave us; lost or damaged parcels are replaced or refunded as that policy describes.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You can return any product within 60 days of delivery under our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval under our Refund Policy, and you can cancel or change an order before it ships as described in Cancel or Change an Order. These policies form part of these Terms.
8. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and promotions apply only as described in their terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually cannot be combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you post a review, photo or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in our marketing, with credit where appropriate. We may remove content that is misleading, offensive or infringes someone’s rights.
10. Intellectual property
The site’s content, including our logo, product designs, photos and text, belongs to Vivid Shirt or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. See our Intellectual Property Policy and DMCA page for permitted use and for how to report infringement.
11. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site. This includes attempting to break its security, scraping it with automated tools other than normal search engine crawling, interfering with other customers, placing fraudulent orders, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and they do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections governing your transaction. If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the “Last updated” date shows the latest change.

The seven-calendar-day commitment is the store’s issuance of an approved refund through the original payment route. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit in your account. Keep the approval and any refund confirmation together, and contact support with the order reference if you need help.
Reading an item before adding it
Review the product name, illustration, available size and displayed price together. The name identifies the design; the size selection identifies the variation you intend to order. The whole-shirt image helps you judge print placement, while the detail view enlarges the artwork for inspection. A styled view can suggest an outfit, but accessories shown with the shirt are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise. Catalog artwork images are generated design mockups, and a mockup does not independently establish manufacturer measurements, fibre content or a particular printing process. Contact support for confirmed specifications when those facts affect your decision. Do not infer them from the appearance of a photograph.
Checking the cart as a separate step
Before proceeding, compare every cart row with the item you meant to choose. Check the design, size, quantity and line price, then look at the total. If two designs have similar botanical or wildlife themes, use the full item name rather than relying only on a small thumbnail. Changing a quantity should change its line amount; removing an item should remove that line from the cart. If the displayed result is unclear, stop and ask for help with the item and intended quantity. Repeatedly pressing a purchase button is not a reliable way to resolve an unclear transaction. Keep the cart and any later confirmation distinct: a cart selection alone is not proof of a paid order.
Payment availability and confirmation
Payment arrangements are being finalized. This page does not assert that a particular card network, wallet or payment service is already connected. A payment method should be treated as offered only when it is actually available in the live checkout and its requirements are shown there. Never send a full card number, security code, banking password or one-time login code to support. If a transaction later produces an unclear result, check your order confirmation and contact support before attempting a duplicate purchase. Provide an order reference where available, the approximate time and a description of the issue without including private payment credentials. A payment-provider posting delay does not by itself establish that a second purchase is needed.
Delivery details supplied by the customer
Use a complete destination address and an email address at which you can receive order messages. Review the street, unit or apartment, city, region, postal code and country before confirming. Free shipping is offered for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand under the store’s shipping policy. A destination outside those countries should not be assumed supported because an address can be typed into a field. Contact support about an address mistake promptly, with the order reference and the corrected details. Preparation or dispatch may limit which changes remain possible, so a request is not a guarantee that an already moving parcel can be redirected. Avoid sending unrelated identification documents in an ordinary address-correction message.
Estimated dates and plans that depend on them
Preparation and transit estimates describe the expected stages of an order, rather than a guaranteed arrival appointment. Review the shipping page for the current estimates and destination coverage. If a shirt is needed for an event, consider the time available before ordering and ask about any uncertainty. An estimated range does not establish that a carrier has collected the parcel or that a particular delivery date is reserved. Tracking information, when supplied, can help distinguish a label, a carrier scan and a delivery event. If a scan is unclear, contact support with the reference and the event you are asking about. The store should review the issue using the actual order and tracking information rather than treating a displayed estimate as proof that a parcel has arrived.
Requesting an order change
Use the cancellation and change page when you want to alter an order after placing it. Describe whether you want to cancel, correct an address, change a quantity or ask about a different size or design. Include the order reference and the exact item affected. A request may be limited by preparation and dispatch, and sending a request does not itself confirm that a change has been accepted. Wait for a response that identifies the agreed outcome. If a proposed replacement does not suit you, say so before agreeing. Do not assume that returning a parcel, refusing delivery and requesting cancellation are interchangeable routes; each may require different instructions. Keep the original request and response together so that the agreed action can be understood later.
The return commitment and its practical steps
The store offers a sixty-day return window measured from delivery, including a change of mind, with no restocking fee. Contact support before sending a return so that the item, requested outcome and correct return destination can be confirmed. The general business address is not automatically the address for an approved return. For a preference-based return, the customer pays return shipping; the store covers return shipping for a wrong, damaged or defective item. Explain which situation applies and keep photographs where they help describe a problem. If an exchange is requested, availability and the desired size need to be confirmed. The return policy sets out the process in more detail and should be read with the refund policy when a refund is your preferred outcome.
Approved refunds and provider posting
An approved refund is issued through the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The approval date is the starting point for that issuance commitment. A return inquiry, a parcel being sent back and a refund approval are separate events, so keep the approval message with your order information. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit in your account. The store’s commitment does not promise that every bank statement will display the credit within the same seven days. If you need help, provide the order reference, approval date and any refund confirmation. Do not send account passwords or agree to an unrelated transfer request as a condition of receiving a refund. The refund page explains how to ask for a review of an unclear credit.
Using illustrations and store materials
The product illustrations, page text and brand materials are provided to help customers browse and make an informed selection. Purchasing a shirt does not grant a right to reproduce its illustration for another catalog or imply permission to use the store’s logo as your own. If you want permission for a use beyond wearing or gifting the purchased item, describe that proposed use to support and wait for a clear response. If you believe a store item uses protected material without authorization, use the intellectual-property and copyright-reporting guidance and identify the actual page or item. A broad allegation without a location makes a review harder. Do not include unrelated personal information, and do not assume that an illustration’s appearance proves a legal licence or a third-party endorsement.
Resolving a discrepancy in the information shown
If a product page, cart or support response appears inconsistent, preserve the useful details and ask for clarification before proceeding. State the item, size, page address and the particular price, description or instruction that differs. A screenshot can be helpful when it shows the relevant issue without exposing private account or payment information. The response should address the actual discrepancy rather than asking you to guess which version applies. If the issue concerns an existing order, include its reference so the displayed information can be compared with that order. These terms do not remove rights that apply under the law governing a customer’s situation, and a policy summary should not be read as a certification of compliance in every jurisdiction. Questions about a specific legal entitlement need an appropriate review of the facts.
Contact and records that help a request
Use [email protected] for questions about the store, an item or an order. Keep messages focused on the issue and include the order reference when one exists. For sizing, say which offered size you are considering and which confirmed measurement you need. For delivery, identify the destination country and the tracking event in question. For returns or refunds, include the delivery or approval date relevant to the request. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents. Keeping a concise record of the requested outcome and the response helps both sides understand what has been agreed. Browse the Help Center and frequently asked questions for the appropriate starting route, then contact support when the answer depends on your actual order.
