Accepted payment methods
\n
\n
Payment connection is pending. No payment method has been verified as accepted yet; checkout availability will reflect the connected provider.
\n
\n
We do not accept payment by email, by phone, in cash or by bank transfer unless it is listed above.
\n
2. Currency and pricing
\n
Prices on the site are shown in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us. The checkout shows the item total, shipping and any tax before you confirm.
\n
3. When you are charged
\n
Payment timing will be shown by the connected provider before you confirm a payment; the current connection is pending. If we cancel all or part of your order, or you cancel it before it ships, we refund the relevant amount, issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval.
\n
4. Payment security
\n
The whole site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. No card provider is currently verified. Once connected, use only the provider flow shown at checkout, and follow the displayed verification steps. Do not send card details in an email or ticket.
\n
5. If your payment is declined
\n
If you believe the same order was charged twice, contact support with both references so the records can be reviewed. An approved refund is issued through the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. A payment can be declined when billing details do not match your card, the card has expired, funds are insufficient or your bank flags the payment as unusual. Check the displayed result and contact your payment provider when necessary. Do not place a second order while the first payment result is unclear. An order record and payment confirmation are different. Check the provider confirmation and contact support before attempting another payment if the first result is unclear.
\n
6. Order verification
\n
To protect our customers from fraud, we may occasionally ask you to verify an order before we ship it. If we cannot verify a payment, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
\n
7. Taxes
\n
Review any tax amount actually shown at checkout before payment. The applicable tax settings require business verification; do not assume a price or a country selection establishes the correct tax treatment.
\n
8. Discount codes and store credit
\n
You can enter a valid discount code at checkout. No store-credit program is currently advertised. See Terms of Service for promotion terms.
\n
9. Refunds
\n
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within 7 calendar days of approval. See our Refund Policy for timing and amounts.
\n
10. Keep your details safe
\n
We will never ask for your card number, security code or password by email, chat or phone. Never send payment details in a support message. If you receive a request like that claiming to be from us, forward it to support@vividshirt.com.
\n
11. Contact us
\n
Questions about a payment? Email support@vividshirt.com with your order reference and a concise description of the question. See also our Privacy Policy.
\n
The seven-calendar-day commitment is the store’s issuance of an approved refund through the original payment route. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit in your account. Keep the approval and any refund confirmation together, and contact support with the order reference if you need help.
\n
Before a payment connection is available
\n
The storefront can show a design, offered size, price and cart selection while payment connection is still pending. Those browsing functions do not establish that a live payment processor is ready to accept money. No card network, wallet, bank-transfer route or pay-later service is verified as accepted at present. Do not use an unrelated payment link or send money to an account supplied outside the actual confirmed checkout process. If you need to know whether purchasing is available, ask support about the current connection status. A product being visible and listed in stock describes the catalog and owner-confirmed availability; it is separate from verification of the payment and fulfillment workflow.
\n
Identify the purchase before reviewing payment
\n
A useful payment review starts with the cart rather than a bank screen. Check the design, size, quantity and amount you intend to purchase, and correct an unwanted item before proceeding. The same motif may appear in a full-shirt photograph, a detail view and a styled image; these views describe one shirt, not three separate items. A cart quantity of two should be intentional. If an item or total is unclear, pause and ask about that row. Do not rely on the fact that a button can be pressed to decide that a total is correct. Keep the intended cart details with any later order confirmation so that a question can be connected to the actual purchase.
\n
USD prices and a different account currency
\n
The store displays prices in United States dollars. When a payment account uses a different currency, the provider or bank may apply its own conversion and any applicable fee. The store’s USD display does not guarantee a particular converted amount in another currency, and a currency estimate shown by a browser is not necessarily the settlement rate. Review the provider’s information before confirming when conversion matters to you. Questions about a fee charged by your bank should be directed to that bank with the relevant transaction reference. Support can review the store’s order amount, but should not claim control over a separate bank’s exchange rate or fee. Avoid including a complete card number in either inquiry.
\n
Shipping and taxes in the amount you review
\n
Free shipping is offered for the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Check the destination country and the actual order summary before confirming a purchase. An unsupported destination should not be assumed accepted merely because it can be entered into an address field. Any tax amount must be reviewed as it is actually displayed, and business tax settings still require separate verification. A product price alone does not prove which tax applies to every buyer or destination. If the destination, shipping line or tax line seems inconsistent, ask for clarification before paying. Record the item, destination country and the specific amount at issue without sending unrelated personal documents.
\n
Billing details and delivery details
\n
Billing and delivery addresses can serve different purposes in a payment process. Follow the connected provider’s displayed requirements once a verified method is available; do not change a billing address to a guessed value simply to bypass a message. Check the delivery address independently because a payment being accepted does not confirm that the parcel address is correct. If a gift is being sent elsewhere, review both sets of information carefully. A provider may require its own authentication through a secure flow. A support email is not that flow and should never be used to transmit a security code, full card details, banking password or one-time login credential. Describe an error message without including those values.
\n
A decline and an unclear result are different
\n
A clear decline message and a page that stops responding should be handled differently. A decline can reflect information or a decision that only the payment provider can explain. An interrupted page may leave the payment outcome uncertain, so first check whether an order or provider confirmation exists. Repeated attempts can create duplicate requests and make the records harder to interpret. If you ask support for help, state whether you saw a decline, an error, a blank page or a confirmation, and give the approximate time. Keep any reference that was issued. Avoid declaring a payment successful solely because a card account shows an entry, or unsuccessful solely because the browser did not display the expected next page.
\n
Account entries, holds and order records
\n
A payment account may distinguish a pending entry, an authorization and a completed transaction. The labels and timing are determined by that provider, so review its explanation for the entry you see. A screenshot can help describe the status if private information is concealed, but a public support request should not include an entire financial statement. An order record is also distinct from a provider’s payment confirmation. When an outcome is unclear, compare the order reference with the provider reference rather than assuming every entry is a separate completed purchase. Support can review the store’s records; the bank or provider can explain the status shown in its account system. Neither a cart screenshot nor a pending entry alone establishes all stages of a purchase.
\n
Asking about a suspected duplicate
\n
If two entries seem to relate to the same intended purchase, collect the two references, their dates, the amounts and the associated order reference. Explain why you believe they describe a duplicate, and avoid making another purchase while the issue is being reviewed. The records need to establish whether there were two orders, two completed transactions or a pending entry alongside a completed one. A confirmed refund follows the approved-refund process rather than a promise based only on the customer’s first report. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. The provider can take additional time to display the credit, so keep the approval and any issuance confirmation together.
\n
Discounts and totals that do not match an expectation
\n
If a valid promotion is available, check its stated conditions and the actual amount shown before paying. A code being typed into a field does not prove it was accepted. Review any displayed message, the items to which the offer applies and the final total. No store-credit program is currently advertised. Do not assume a previous discount, an image caption or a third-party code is a current offer. If a promotion appears unclear, give support the code, item and message without sending payment credentials. Correct the cart before purchase when possible. A disagreement about an expected discount should be reviewed using the published conditions and the actual order information, not a guessed replacement amount.
\n
Refund approval, issuance and visible credit
\n
Keep three dates separate when reviewing a refund: the original purchase, the refund approval and the date the provider displays the credit. The store commits to issuing an approved refund through the original payment route within seven calendar days after approval. That is the store’s issuance commitment; it is not a guarantee that every provider will display the credit within seven days. If the issuance period appears exceeded, contact support with the approval date and order reference. If issuance is confirmed but the credit is not yet visible, review the provider’s posting guidance and preserve the refund reference. Do not send a new payment or use a different account merely because a credit takes time to appear.
\n
Information to include in a payment question
\n
A concise request should identify the order if one exists, the approximate date, the amount and the particular question. Say whether the issue concerns payment availability, a decline, a suspected duplicate, a different total or an approved refund. Include a provider reference only when it can be shared safely. Remove full card numbers, security codes, passwords, account balances and unrelated transactions from any image. Support does not need a login code to understand an order question. If someone claims otherwise, verify the request through the store’s published contact route before responding. Keep the issue in one conversation where possible and refer to earlier replies so the review has a clear sequence.
\n
A request that claims to be a payment instruction
\n
Treat an unexpected demand to move a payment to a new account, buy a voucher or disclose a security credential as a reason to pause. The current payment connection is pending, and this page does not authorize payment to an outside recipient. Use support@vividshirt.com to ask whether a message relates to the actual store process, describing the message without forwarding private codes. Check the destination of a link before entering account details. A logo or familiar product name in a message is not proof that the sender is authorized. The privacy page explains the distinction between information useful for an order and unnecessary sensitive information; the Help Center provides routes for ordinary order and refund questions.
\n","visible_characters":13250,"meta_description":"Read Vivid Shirt’s payment methods guidance for graphic T-shirts, customer support, ordering and our60-day return and7-day approved refund policy.","parent":null,"published_at":"2026-10-01T02:41:38+00:00","updated_at":"2026-10-02T05:08:45+00:00"}}
